Excel lose "driver left leisure park" claim. BW legal are "cr*p" and "don't engage in a thought process"

http://parking-prankster.blogspot.co.uk/2017/06/excel-lose-driver-left-leisure-park.html

The judge also said of BW Legal: "It seems to me, they don't engage in a thought process", to which the rep muttered his agreement.

Outside the room, the rep congratulated me. I told him he didn't really have a chance with what BW had given him. He said "it was cr*p".

And there you have it folks, even the legal rep for BWLegal said the claimants lack of statement was cr*p ..... BUT WE ALREADY KNOW THIS

The courts know this already about BWLegal

BW Legal are shown to be a complete joke, on the forums. Their success must merely be a numbers game, in that far too many people panic and pay a stupid amount, way above whatever a Judge might decide, if the defendant managed to lose.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Cringeworthy and a total embarrassment to the legal profession.

The more they screw things up, the less confidence I would have in using the services of a solicitor. You just don't know what dog in a manger outfit you'd come across - and mistakes can be uber expensive (on your part, only). And given performance on the complaints raised via forums, the SRA is of no help or comfort in protecting you from getting ripped off by the members they are supposedly regulating.

    A national disgrace!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Me thinks that Simon Renshaw-Smith should change his legals
to the Gladstones boys, then we can really have a good laugh
