Evening folks and welcome to the new peoples/returners :hello:
Gosh - too many posts to reply individually but a big WELL DONE to everyone posting money-making already :T :j :T
I have spotted you applepie, Talia and fluffig and added you to the challengers' list - see post 8.
Trying not to beat myself up too much CBC re the tennis watching and great to read you're a fan as well. It honestly is about the only time I even switch the TV on during the day, I usually prefer the radio but I do lurve the tennis
I'll keep my fingers xd for the car on Thursday CBC and hope it's not terminal and doesn't cost 'an arm and a leg'.
Tried some surveys today but screened out of every single one. I just wish some of these sites would check your profiles before sending surveys, as so often basic reasons for not being able to participate  So just £3.85 interest to add today.
Hope you all have a wonderful Wednesday

Hi everyone... Well after finally getting the nerve to start again and tackle our ever growing credit cards (post house purchase and other enormous expenses) I have had a few days 'hard at it' and have gone round all the websites / points cards etc (that I previously set up a few years ago) and am please to report a lovely £532.87 to start my month off... I did a very dire car boot sale (usually I make at least £120 at these but all the good stuff went a few months ago...) so afterwards I took all the leftovers to the charity shop...meaning I have a happy husband with his precious garage floor back!
My earnings / discoveries for July so far are:
£250 paid back to me from a loan to dad
£54 from scrapping in my MOT failure car
£37 from penny jars paid into the bank
£2.55 bank interest
£8.60 won on the euro millions lottery!
£120 M&S vouchers (for buying life insurance)
£5 morrisons voucher
£6 Tesco points balance
£12.90 Nectar points balance
£1.14 Boots points balance
£12.68 from car boot sale (after pitch fee costs)
£23 for two facebook sales (sold the spare car oil and two hard plastic dog beds that I kept tripping over in the hall...the woofers now have an old duvet instead!)
So in all a fabulous start to the journey... £532.87... I expect to be back on ebay this week selling all my clutter! Being out of work is proving to be expensive!
I have also been given a free expansion tank for my oil boiler because I complained about a service / warranty / installation issue...I still have to pay plumbers charges BUT probably have saved around £200 on the item...I won't add it to my total though as I don't know the actual value...BUT it was free and all because I complained and wrote a long & detailed email about it.
Good luck everyone with your money making endeavors this month. Let's do thisMake £/day March: £1490.85 / £310

Wow, that really is a brilliant amount:T:j:beer:
Yes, I too know how dire a car boot sale can be when all the good stuff has previously been sold:(. Although it's only a few hours it seems endless standing there with very few buyers to chat to and engage with. Plus, not making much money of course. I've taken a lot to charity shops too but I sometimes feel quite sorry for them being donated things that have already been rejected by everyone else:o. There was a sign in the window at a charity shop near me which basically said that they didn't want car boot sale reject stuff:eek:
Looking forward to seeing your total at the end of the month:beer:0
