Electrician advice

Hi all,

Just looking for a bit of advice; I've recently bought a shop to change into a tea shop, I need an electric oven (no hob), but there is currently no wiring for it. Its going to be a week or so until I can get proper quotes so was just wondering if someone could give me a ball park figure and an Idea of what the work entails i.e. is the wiring in the wall, on the wall or in the floor (sorry if I sound ridiculous).

I know its difficult without seeing it but the shop is basically one room, the fuse box and meters are typically as far away as possible, (about 12 m round the room).

Thanks in advance!

Impossible to say without seeing the job -- but for a commercial kitchen you would usually be looking at steel conduit mounted on hospital saddles to give clearance behind for cleaning.

The condition of the existing 'fuse boards' makes a big difference too.
A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.
