in Credit cards
Hi All, this is my first thread so really hope you guys can assist.
I work on a sub contract basis in france 3 months at a time, my flat is mortgage free in the uk which i rent for 450 per month, I want to apply for a credit card but don't qualify for one in france, my earnings are paid to me direct in france, so I have to apply for for a cc in the UK, its a silly question as I have never owned a credit card before, but with me working in france will that affect my application for a UK card?
many thanks

Why aren't you eligible for one in France?
Most, if not all, UK credit card providers require you to be a resident in the UK at the time of application (although some will let you keep the once you become non-resident).0
