    You should not be paying a business rate for your energy supply as it is for domestic use. Business rates are higher than domestic rates and therefore you have most probably been overcharged. What you should do in this case is to request that the current supplier change the rate to a domestic rate. Moreover, you should look for refunds for the overcharging that they have slapped you with as a result of them misinterpreting the supply as a business supply. If the energy supplier is not willing to help you out, you should escalate the case to the energy ombudsman.
