My other question is, after I give them my new address, what happens next? * covers eyes *

Another thing I wanted to ask was, instead of sending a letter, could I send Secure A Space an email instead, as it would provide enough of a paper trail? Or is this not advisable?

Here are the odds of them going to court. Figures are at the bottom of this page http://www.bmpa.eu/companydata/Secure_a_Space.html

1:don,t send email , get a papertrail going (recordable)

2: failure to do this may result in a default CCJ (papers to old address)

3: court papers must be sent to your last known address

    4: see 1

As I didn't appeal and it's reached the stage of DRP sending letters and threatening court action, once I send SecureASpace my new address, what is likely to happen?

How do I avoid court action and what shall I do if it comes to that? I read a similar thread started by "confusedmomof4" 2015/16 and I think she eventually had a letter from a court

They can threaten court action, but they can't instigate it. They have no standing in this.

Hopefully they will send any further correspondence to your new address. What do you think might happen - not sure what you're really asking here.
How do I avoid court action
Either by paying or getting a landowner cancellation. But there's no guarantee that this will end in a court case, but SAS are in the driving seat on that.

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    Thank you for your response.

I have checked back at the car-park and there are no signs on either entrance of the car park (front or back), no signs at all on the ground floor of the car park either (which is where everyone drives around first to check for parking before they even think about driving up to the first floor). There is only signage on the first floor, stuck to columns across the car park.

There are no signs to show that the ground floor is separate to the first floor car park, although they have completely different rules.

I would take a video of the woeful lack of signs, as seen from the passenger seat, and keep it as evidence in case of a later claim by SAS.
