Adding historical addresses to Credit Club Information

I'm probably being very thick, but I can't see how to add historical addresses to my Credit Club information . There's a box which is entitled 'address history' but the only option is for a current address. I want to add my past addresses in order to see what accounts I held in the 90's in order to make a PPI claim.
Help and advice will be most welcome. (In simple terms please!)
Many thanks!:

Wouldn't matter either way.
CRA's only hold data for the last six years. They can't help you trace accounts dating back to the 1990s.0
