Server Not Found

Why is it the my other laptop that has a wired connection suddely today says Server Not Found on all sites/pages?

It is connected to the internet and this laptop connects ok by wireless.

No not yet but now doing that

Note. It was ok till I shut down in the early hours of this morning.

In the cortana search box type powershell then click on Windows Powershell
then enter the commands in red below and then paste the ouput on here .... it should be similar to mine below
