Interesting that you feel obliged to wash the bedding, I always thought that lodgers were responsible for their own bedding.
If it was a normal lodger then yes but Mon-Fri I sort of expect that I would do that.
TBH it's not difficult my would be washed at the same time. I probably won't iron it though.0 -
A mon-fri lodging, the lodger wouldn't have time to wash and change the bed, the lodger will come in Monday evening, and prob leave Friday morning, and return late most evenings. Its very common for the landlord to provide clean bedding, and yes, it is never ironed lol, I would never use the landlords washer/ dryer, even for my own clothes.
If its London, then more than likely the lodger will be travelling by train, and no one really wants to be travelling heavy with loads of bedding in there suitcase.
I wouldn't worry about a desk, it was just a suggestion if there was room. Best of luck with it, am sure it will work out well.0
