Please read the Sticky thread for NEWBIES, then send the IPC template from The Keeper you will find there.

You will need to read the relevant parts of the NEWBIES several times to get your head round his unregulated scam industry which will explain what to do after you have sent the initial template.

Do not reveal the driver's identity under any circumstances.

Hello today in the post I received notice to keeper from national mangment parking ltd. In the letter it says

"We recently issued Parking Charge Notice to your vehicle because it was Parked In a manner whereby the driver became liable for a parking charge at Scholars Court Northampton that we are authorised to manage by our client. This PCN was issued on the and has not been paid. The reason we issued the PCN to the vehicle is as follows.“ No Permlt.

I never recived anything in the post before this letter. Can someone advise me what should I do. Would be very grateful

What a joke .... they wrote to you as the registered keeper with details given by the DVLA

Who was the driver ? good question, they don't know and you will never tell them

Did you have a permit ?

What do you mean by revealing identify they already must got it if they send a letter to my address

Think about it. They know who the registered keeper is, not the driver! Don't tell them.

Contact them and ask for a copy of the PCN, like this person did, and start some amusing email tennis with them:

Don't park like that again, it's ''fly parking'', selfish! Parking like that, dumping the car anywhere, is one main reason this disgusting protection racket 'profession' exists.

Don't pay, but no need to panic. Come back if you get a claim, but you will need to read the forums a lot closer if you are to stay on top of this.
