In which order do those jobs?

Hi
I have few jobs which need doing in each room but as this is my first project I am unsure in what order do them?
I have listed them below in order which I think is right but I would welcome any comments. Biggest confusion is whether to do flooring or painting first.
I also wonder if there is anything else I should look at whilst doing below as perhaps it would be beneficial to do something else I did not think about as I am going to go through a lot of mess anyway.
replastering
moving radiators
flooring
painting & decorating

Remove floor covering to expose floorboards.
Radiators and brackets off, replaster.
Mistcoat and paint walls, skirting refixed if it was removed before plastering. Paint skirting.
Have radiator moved to take new location.
Flooring last.
If you're having laminate you'll want to have all the pipe work done before the flooring and skirting. Then lay laminate, then fix and paint skirting and finally reattach the radiator.0
