Lloyds Credit Card Credit Transfer To Bank

I recently received a refund onto a Lloyds credit card I have. My card usually has nil balance but following the refund I was £77 in credit.
I withdrew £70 from a cash point and I didn't think there'd be a charge for the cash withdrawal since I was in credit but there was a cash withdrawal fee of £3.00!
I have just been refunded another £400+ onto my credit card (if you must know the 'refund' was bet wins - I used my card for matched betting last year when I lost my debit card and panicked that I was not going to get much time to use the software while I was without a debit card - stupid mistake because of the cred card charges back then as well)
Is there any way I can get my £400+ without there being further charges? Someone once suggested transferring the credit to a bank account but there isn't an option to do this from Lloyds website as far as I can see.
To be on the safe side I'm probably going to end up just paying for petrol and food shopping on the card and gradually reducing the balance and manually transferring cash from petrol/shopping account into my desired bank account. This will take months though so it is not ideal!

Transfer money to Paypal, and then withdraw the balance to your bank account.0

Phone up your provider and ask for a refund, they will probably offer a cheque or bank transfer. These "refunds" may breach your card T&Cs by "deliberately putting your card into credit" so be careful as they may close your card.0
