Balance transfer with 2 cards?

Hi all,
I'm new to using credit cards and not 100% if the following is possible.
I have a card and the 0% interest is up shortly. I have applied for a new card but my amount won't cover outstanding balance on old card. Can I use 2 cards and complete a balance transfer from both to pay my old card?
Any help much appreciated 🙂

You can balance transfer to any number of new Balance Transfer cards.0
