Possible Ebay scam

I have been reading the Ebay discussion boards, and there is a thread running about a possible scam

Sellers are reporting receiving small packets from Romania containing sheets out of a newspaper. They haven't sold anything to a Romanian buyer so have no idea what it's about but the general feeling is that it is some sort of scam.

One seller had to sign for the packet, so maybe something to do with returning an expensive item.

Will update when I know more, but don't sign for anything you are not expecting from Romania.

It's been on the PS forum for over a year on and off. There is a name that has been identified on the return but no one can find any info. It seems to crop up every 5-6 weeks or so.
