Then they (or should I say "(s)he") could do all the difficult preliminary work of "pulling teeth" from the OP in some sort of triage process so the real issue could be revealed for more knowledgeable posters to deal with.
Just an idea...
I think this board should advertise a vacancy for "Comedian Required".
Then they (or should I say "(s)he") could mock the initial problems from the OP in some sort of triage process so the real issue could be diminished for more knowledgeable posters to ignore.

I think you would have been better staying with the job and progressing? Perhaps studying with the OU.
If you get through your full time university course you still have to be employable, with a good degree not some of the rubbish universities are selling at the moment?:(
If you are on garden leave it means you have not been dismissed, they just do not want you there.
Your previous posts say you are a school teacher? now you working for an agency?? and you now want to go to University??The world is not ruined by the wickedness of the wicked, but by the weakness of the good. Napoleon0 -
I'm told of someone who had handed in their notice to retire early, and was then given a diagnosis of a terminal illness with only months to live. The company revoked his application to retire early, so his widow would get the "death in service" benefit.
That was generous of them. However, if the death in service benefit was underwritten by insurance and not paid by the company themselves, they were probably committing fraud by doing that.0 -

No it doesn't.
The OP has been dismissed with effect from the end of his notice period. The garden leave is for the duration of the notice they are obliged to give him.0
