12 mm pipe clips - where to buy?

Would anyone happen to know where it's possible to purchase 12 mm pipe clips (chromed or brass) in a broadly similar style to that shown below.

I've checked eBay, Amazon, and used web searches but to no avail.

Plenty of 15mm about, but not 12mm.

As a last resort, can you use the 15mm with something discreetly wrapped around the pipe to take up the 3mm?

I did actually see that link myself in your first post. That's the only place I've seen them advertised. Unfortunately though, apparently they are actually 15mm.:(
