I signe dup to wowcher deals and gret hammered by deals 2x 3x a day in my inbox.
Bought a flat mop dfor £12.99, after receiving the item I googled the product name (which was not available to me before sale) and found that I could have bought it on amazon for £11!!
I thought I had learnt my lesson but then I recently got married and wanted to get photos printed on the cheap. Wowcher deals were irresistable so I went for them/
The deal were good £3 for 300 photos. £15 for a photobook.
But these things take a lot of time to organise. A photobook takes a long time to compile. I kept putting the job off with the inte ntion of doing it just before the voucher expiry.
Well there's a 30 day expiry on their vouchers and they do not send out an email receipt of the order. So it's quite difficult to locate your purchase.
I know people will say well its the T&C so you're the fool for not redeeming it in time. But I beelive the way they structure the site it's quite difficult to go onto the site, log in and access the wowcher section to view your voucher and redemption.
A lot of their money is probably made from unredeemed vocuhers.
I contacted wowcher to get a refund or a credit for the voucher to use on something else. Wowcher completely refused. their customer service do not even acknowlege your exact situation and just copy paste stuff from their help pages.
I raised apaypal dispute and they were adamant that their t&c are correct and the voucher had expired and there was nothing they could do.
Well, fortunately I paid by paypal and as soon as I escalated the claim they refunded me immediately before paypal looked into this.

I signed up briefly with them but found almost all the deals were cheaper elsewhere .This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

Or how about 'SHAME SEALTBELTNOOB' for not researching her purchases and not being able to read terms and conditions or make a note in her diary about an expiration date.
Wowcher have done nothing wrong here.0 -

Stop you Caps Lock! It's all you're fault.
I always Google any deal by those companies, it doesn't take half a brain to work out how these things actually work.
As you aid it's a lesson to be learnt by yourself!0 -

They just refunded you to make you go away, you're in the wrong and you both know it.
Sucks, but that's what T&Cs are for.0 -

As you can see it's probably best you don't try to correct other people about grammar0 -
Got to love a bit of grammar justice. 0
