How can I tell if this Firefox update is genuine?

Most of us are wary about clicking on links purporting to come from trusted organizations in case they are a cover for malicious software, but what about software update pop-ups? For example, I don't recall receiving a Firefox update in the format shown before, so is there a way we can check?
