Bus Stop Fine

Hi guys,
Another post about the bust stop fine however this is a little different as I stopped as I was being followed and harassed buy a guy on a motorcycle after he hit my wing mirror. The bike can be seen in the photo stopped next to me shouting through the window. Is there anything I can do regards this fine?
