PPI claim - has someone sold my details?

I made my first ever attempt at claiming PPI at the weekend and used the Resolver service within the MSE site. I have only made 2 claims so far - both Halifax - but will make more.
Yesterday I got a letter from Consumer Claims who know I have made PPI claims through Halifax. Am I right to assume they are a 'No win, no fee' type of company and who is it will have sold / passed my details to them so quickly?

Why would the Halifax give a claims co your details?.
What did the letter say and have you ever signed up to a claims co in the past?.0 -

As @Geoff1963 says, Halifax may work closely with this Claims company and either obtain lower settlements or share commission.
I have definitely never taken any PPI action before and even if I had the timing is more than a coincidence - make 2 Halifax claims on Saturday through resolver, get a letter quoting Halifax claims on Tuesday.
The letters says that they have good news as they believe I may have claims against HBOS and want a signed Consumer Claims Letter of Authority.0 -
Using a claims company doesn't result in a lower (or higher) settlement.
Halifax would have no interest in you using a claims company.0 -
Resolver probably passed on your infoNon me fac calcitrare tuum culi0
