it was mentioned on mse the a particular card had a near perfect exchange rate, can someone pls tell me what this means, none of the money shops can
also are these perfect rates better than u get from a shop/bank

Such cards are for using directly for non-sterling purchases and ATM withdrawals, not for buying foreign cash - so it's no use asking the 'money shops' about them.Evolution, not revolution0
