I have been with Avro since September 2016 and have been very impressed with them and their tariffs.

This month, however my monthly bill has not been updated on their website. It normally takes two working days but mine is now six days beyond the statement date.

Has anyone else had this particular issue?

My main concern is that as a new company offering very low prices that they may be experiencing problems, possibly serious ones.

    Thanks, I normally like to phone people but Avro are very slow. I will try messaging them.

    I've been with Avro since November last year and have had no problems with them at all (so far).

    If you are getting your bills updated within two working days you are doing rather well, my bills and direct debits have always typically taken five or more working days to show up on the account, that's never been a great bother to me, I just find it a bit strange given todays instant society, perhaps being a budget supplier they run very old slow computers.

    Sent an email this morning and they replied an hour later saying that my statement was now available.
