Change of address after payment

This is the first time I've seen this happening. I sold an item last night and went in through the total amount due on my Sold page to get the name and address which I printed out to put on the parcel. It was paid for this morning so I posted the parcel.
Now, as I'm about to mark the parcel as despatched, I've noticed that the name and address has changed. Same surname and it looks as if the buyer has changed the name from her husband's to her own and now has her work address listed. No message from her to let me know that either. I've always thought that once a sale went through, the only name and address which would show on the Sold link would be the registered name and address. It has been sent 'Signed for' so I'm hoping there won't be any issues with it.
Has anyone ever seen this happening before?

You cannot print your addresses until Payment is made. The PayPal address is the default address used by eBay on the checkout page, not the eBay registered address and a surprising number of people don't have up to date details on their eBay account.
Think of addresses as linked to a payment and not to a sale. Anyone can raise a PayPal case if it's not delivered to that address within x amount of time.Warning: any unnecessary disclaimers appearing under my posts do not bear any connection with reality, either intended, accidental or otherwise. Thanks for your reply. I don't print my addresses from the EBay email as they don't show on there the way they used to on the Paypal email which I don't receive now. I know you can click through 'Print a label' on the EBay email but I normally go through the link in the Total on my Sold page and copy and paste the details for each sale onto a blank page ready for printing. Maybe I need to change the way I do that after this happening. I've been using the same procedure for years now with no problem but I suppose there is a first time for everything, as they say.

If you can't print from the paypal email or site, drop down from the sale to 'view order details'. The address shown there should be the same as the paypal protected address. I would check in paypal why you are not receiving confirmation emails, your email may be out of date.0

The 'delivery address' shown on the 'view order details' page is the one you need to use for delivery. If you've sent to that, you are protected. If you haven't sent to that, suggest you contact the buyer, apologise and explain where the item has gone - with luck that'll pre-empt any problems.0
