I am trying to get my free credit check via this site but when I get to the Experian verification page it asks who my mobile, landline or broadband provider is but mine is not on the options available (BT) Is there a way round this as it wont let me go to next page?

I'm sure BT was there as an option when I joined as I use BT and would have noticed if it wasn't listed.
Try again just in case it was a temporary blip. BT is still the largest broadband supplier so there would be loads of similar posts if all BT users were unable to register with MSE credit club0
