Just received my first monthly statement on my new TSB Platinum Mastercard.
There is no mention of the cashback that I should have earned.
Wonder why it is not on that statement ??
Could it be that it is only a part month ??

Have you checked online, I believe it's credited on the following statement.
It comes off your balance for the following month, so better than say Amex which makes you wait for the year to get the cashback.0 -
Cashback is accrued on a calendar month basis and credited to your account around 8th, completely out of phase with your statements. You have to spend the £500 per month not per statement.0
