Hotmail.co.uk email account - help please!

I tried to log in to my hotmail.co.uk account this morning but every time it fails with a message saying "something went wrong" error message MSSPError=-2146232060" there were a string of other numbers and letters when I clicked on more details. I access my log in page by just going to hotmail.com (which takes me to login.live.com). My OH has successfully logged into their hotmail account, so it's obviously a problem with my email account.

Does anyone know how I can contact, please? I've tried to find how to contact them but so far have only come up with an Outlook support page, that specifically says for help only for Hotmail.com and Outlook.com. Heaven knows what I'll do if I can't access my account, I need urgent access to it

Edit: I've now managed to log on, but I'd still like to know how you get in touch with Hotmail just in case I need it again. How do I back up my contacts and emails from Hotmail? I do a computer back up every so often, but I'm not sure that this would back up my Hotmail contacts etc?

It makes a copy of all your Hotmail on local PC, irrespective of how your Hotmail is setup.

Contacts. Logon to Hotmail. Look for People -> Manage -> Export contacts

I got the message last week. Retried and got straight into my account with no problems since.
