Been asked to do one each for our new office and warehouse.
After a walkround I have the details of risk , hazard and resolve etc but thete are quite a few of them
Ideally would like an easy to use template for a novice just to log these details onto...
Can anyone help please?
Thanks as usual

There are many versions of generic risk assessment templates but some assessments really ought to, and for some risks it is mandatory, to have specific coverage - and at least one i can think of the assessment is required prior to any work..
I trust you have had relevant training to do the assessments? If not you should get some!!
see the following site that gives a lot of help regarding your question and somewhere on there you should find templates.

A web search will show up many more.

The HSE do a lot of case studies and risk assessment tools that might help:
Risk Assessment and also an online tool to do all your office risk assessments in one place available here: http://www.hse.gov.uk/risk/assessment.htm
And the HSE examples for Warehouse risk assessments is here: http://www.hse.gov.uk/risk/casestudies/warehouse.htmA witty saying proves nothing0
