DFS ppi from 2002

Can I reclaim this ? I have the agreement and receipt although a little faded. If so whats best route to take Many thanks in advance Paul

    You can complain about it, if you have a valid reason for mis-sale, but as it was pre-regulation, not sure how far you'd get.

    I wish to complain about the Payment Protection Insurance policy which I believe was mis-sold.
    etc.

    There isn't really a standard letter, and you have to explain why.
