spooky hotel stay for birthday

hi as the title says really, i would like to book a hotel for 21st july weekend stay would need 5 rooms and not too far from the north east of england, i like old buildings so would prefer something along those lines i've looked on most of the usuall websites but i'm really looking for recommendations that won't break the bank thanks in advance guy's:beer: x

There's a goth B & B in Whitby called ' Bats and Broomsticks' that has a very spooky vibe, but doubt that you'd get five free rooms in July at this stage

Try the hill house ( howling hill house) Ross on wye. No idea if in the right area but may have what you need☠️ Unsure about amount of bedrooms though. Owner saw off one of hotel makeover people who could not cope with quirky & different 👻

Lumley Castle in Durham is 14th century and themed . I have no idea about price or availability or how spooky it is .

Travelodge IN BIRKENHEAD . Come over here and high 6 all them there locals. wont be disappointed .
