What solution for having 2 pairs of wireless headphones connected to a Fire TV?

Ahem, there's no jack slot on the Fire TV. Only one USB.
Its pretty rare to use direct audio from the device these days, the HDMI cable that goes to your TV carries the audio, this is either intercepted mid way using an AV Receiver or directly played by the TV which in most cases should have a headphone jack and maybe an optical out if its not too cheap (this is where you should get your audio from)
As said I don't believe the Fire TV supports USB audio, as least I could not find anything to suggest it does. USB doesn't actually do audio out as such, which is actually happens the devices will see whatever you plug in as an external sound card and that acts as the output device, this requires the host device to have the correct drivers etc this is normally referred to as USB audio. Not all devices support it and well outside of chat headsets its not a normal way of getting audio anyway.0
