Have just noticed a card payment of £29 had gone out to a company called steupcare.net they say they manage subscriptions but it can be cancelled at anytime. I spoke to them on line and it turns out it was linked to DVLA License renewal I did for my 75 year old mum last February. Not sure how but they say she subscribed to the services when it was renewed and that this service was. £0.90 for first 3 months then £29 a month every 2 months. I looked back and there have been four payments taken since December 2016. Not sure how I missed this as normally very careful with checking bank account and none of it adds up anyway as why have payments come out nearly year later. They have promised a full refund (we will see if this happens) and to cancel the subscriptions. Certainly can't work out what service they are charging people for

Anyway just wanted to try and warn other people of this to see if anyone could advise who I could report it to as concerned other people are having money taken out without realising.
