DFS Sofa - what rights do i have and what are my options?

Hi Bought the iconica range sofas for a cost of almost 4K, delivered in Jan. Not withstanding the fact that they failed to tell us about adding on extra costs such as fabric care, leather care kit, and not telling us about the delivery charge which was all added into the monthly cost, the sofas started developing faults…

Hi, I also am having difficulty with DFS. I put a complaint in the same week it was delivered but am getting told the cushions will soften with yse, my sofa looks 2nd hand! Did you get anywhere close with this as they are ignoring me now.
