Problem with Resolver PPI reclaiming tool

Hi there

I'm having a problem with the Resolver PPI reclaiming tool. Basically, it won't let me upload a PDF with my supporting documents, even although I compressed my PDF to make it as small as possible. I have tried this several times. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

I am trying to make a Bank of Scotland PPI claim. Is there another way to make a BOS PPI claim without having to go through Resolver?
