Santander to Lloyds

Hi everyone, on Saturday around 12:30 in the afternoon, my friend sent me 20 quid to my Lloyds account with her phone on Online Banking from her Santander account.
She said it might take a couple of hours, but I should get it the same day. I double checked that I sent her the right sort code and account number, and I did, and I've just asked her to double check she wrote it right when sending the money. It's now Monday (obviously) and I still haven't gotten the money. I noticed in the morning it wasn't there, so I waited until now to see if it came by, but so far nothing.
Like I said she's going to double check if the info she wrote in when sending it was right, and if it was, is there a reason why the money wouldn't go through, or why it's taking a while? Is this common for Santander?
When I have money sent to me from Barclays, Natwest, Halifax, etc, it comes through instantly.
If the info is right, should I wait another day or two or contact my bank?
Thanks in advance for any help

Contact the bank. It may be just going through their systems, but something is holding it up.
I'm guessing your friend's account is showing that it's gone, but that might just mean the banks are arguing over who owns it.
A trick I use to keep track of things, is to make the numbers obscure, such as £20.01 or £20.02 etc. which are easier to spot. Cash withdrawals will always be multiples of £5.0 -
Check at 8.30pm0

Weekend payments might not get processed until the next working day.
Processing date Monday.

If both banks use the Faster Payments System it should "normally" take 2 hours. If it was done outwith working hours it may be processed the next day, so should show up by the end of business today. If it's going through BACS it could take 3 working days. Faster Payments states "As a minimum, all electronic payments must be made available by the end of the next business day."0
