A property management company wants to see my health and safety policy and statement. Now as I'm a one man band I have no legal need for this, is there anywhere online free where I can get a template and edit it for my needs.

I have always found in business that honesty is usually the best policy.
So if you don't have a H&S policy and statement then tell them that.

H&S policy is not something that can be achieved by filling in a 'template'.

H&S policy is not something that can be achieved by filling in a 'template'.

That is the top and bottom of it, rarely will a free template found via Google or a forum be up to the mark. H&S needs thinking through in a way that suits the business, regardless of size.
