My mortgage offer ends in 23rd Nov (would cost £1500 reservation fee now) my last correspondance was 21st Sept when they were still waiting on the commons registration report and "received the LA search and raised some enquireys to the same" do you think i need to give em a push or is things going along on plan? How long from here do you think it will take ? Not sure if im being impatient or should be pushing so it doesn't go over this date.
Money, Money, Money ..... Banks/Casinos/Bookies give me all you money its a poor mans world....

No, don't give your solicitor a "shove"
Give him a "kick up the backside!" :mad:0 -
Searches can take time, he is at the mercy of the local councils. Still worth a polite call though.0

I would just phone and ask solicitor what the latest news was, as you're concerned re your mortgage offer. Go from there.0

Typical "solicitor type" response by blaming someone else and for not following your instuctions "when" you give them and not just at the "11th. hour".0 -

Typical naive, bitter know all response. You obviously know very little about the process. PS i am not a solicitor, god knows where you got that from. Same place as all the rest of your knowledge most likely. Leave answers to people who know what they are talking about and you will not be branded a twit, or is it late for that?0
