Does anyone know how i sort out my toilet? It makes a constant air leaking noise, water drips constantly into the pan and also for some reason the water in the tank now doesn't fill up to where it use to. It only goes approx. 1 inch below the old water mark line.
The toilet is a Cooke & Lewis Fabienne Close-Coupled Toilet. The internal works in the tank are made by Geberit. I've looked online and i cannot find anything that looks similar to the internal parts in my toilet!

Thanks

The internal parts are generally replaceable, it's just a question of finding the correct parts and fitting them correctly and without introducing leaks.
Your model is fairly straightforward with the joint between the cistern and the pan being formed by a large rubber/foam doughnut washer under compression.
You will almost certainly need to get into that joint if you replace the flush mechanism (which is what is causing the toilet to drip). Certain types of flush are replaceable without interfering with the joint, so it's worth a fair amount of investigation before you buy parts.
The fill valve should be adjustable for level, and this may be all that's required to raise the maximum fill.
I've just been through all of this for toilets in my house, so I am aware of some of the issues.0 -
The air leaking noise is coming from the part on the right side0

which part is the fill valve?0

The fill valve is on the right in your top photo, and the flush valave is on the left.
There is a Gerberit website for spares, but you may need to find a suitable retailer to get them.

The flush valve looks (from the website) like one that has a "cage" on the bottom, allowing the mechanism to be replaced without breaking the seal with the pan. That makes it a 2 minute job - if you have the right part.

Place parts closer to their places, and sound will disappear0

It's possible the flush valve is constantly leaking ... meaning there is a constant inlet of water ... causing the sound. If it was just the inlet leaking I'd expect the water level to get higher - and then overflow into the bowl.
Can you turn off the water and unclip the flush mechanism? I had a similar one and found that the large washer / seal at the bottom was blistered and started letting water past. You can get replacements on ebay for a couple of quid.
The inlet valve on the right will have some way of adjusting the water level - not sure how.0
