Fitting a BT 4 pin plug to extension lead

I'm trying to fit a BT 431A 4 pin plug to BT wire but can't find the correct colour combination.
The cable has 4 wires
Blue/white
White/blue
Orange/white
White /orange


I believe that pin 1 is closest to the piece of plastic that keeps the plug in place and I will be filling pins 2,3,4,5....


I can find plenty of info for different coloured wires but not for mine


any suggestions please?
