Moorgate Bury UKParking ticket from 2013

Hi,
Can anyone offer advise. I received a parking ticket from UKParking in Dec 2013 stating I had left carpark. I wrote back asking for evidence as I was unsure who was driving. They sent letter saying I should look at image on site - showed 1 image of myself and my car, nothing else. Looked at advise on forums which at the time suggested I ignore all letters. Received various letter from Debt agencies but then seemed to stop about 2 years ago. So I thought that was the end of it. This week however, I received letter from DRP asking for £99.00 as final reminder before recommending that UKParking take legal action. I suppose I never appealed - should I pay? Any help would be appreciated.

Please tell us the exact name of the parking company. There are several with names similar to the one you mention. (I can think of five straight away.)
Post 4 of the NEWBIES tells you how to deal with debt collectors. Namely, ignore them. The only thing to watch out for are real court papers from the parking company.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

It's amazing what vermin pops up from the sewers.
As it's DRP this time "carry on ignoring", nothing they can do
If you get real court papers come back here0 -
As above how many final reminders have you had from DRP, they are just scraping the barrel to get some more ill gotten gains in, ignore the muppets.0

And, OP, you can also ignore anything that comes from Zenith - they're just a different desk in the DRP offices.0

Do not have the original letters but letter from Debt Recovery Plus states their creditor is UK Parking Control Ltd. I will look back through old threads on this car park to see if I can get something better - now operated by Parking Eye.
Is there an issue with the fact that I have never appealed. I did read the Newbie thread but it talks about appealing and obtaining a POPLA code, both of which I have never done. I basically decided to ignore it as I thought they would have insufficient evidence to pursue. Does this now present a problem and is it likely to go to Court?
To answer another post, I received about 4 letters from Debt Agencies in the 18 months after I received the ticket. Then this one now from Debt Recover Plus - this is the first letter I have received from them.
Thanks again to all for help0 -
IGNORE
come back if an MCOL from Northampton CCBC arrives in the post
the PPC (UKPC if that is who it was back then , have 6 years to bring a court case)
the fact that it was ignored back then means it is what it is, so deal with it if they issue an MCOL, and ignore the DCA letters, whoever they are from0
