Just to let you all know, i haven't had any contact from Pixmania regarding this, or Amazon about the original fraud.
I actually pulled the box out today, and found i had actually received them on 30/08/07.
So i guess they will be ok to sell on.
I would suggest that they are stolen property, so you have got no right to sell them. I think you are digging a big hole to fall into.
I accept that you did not get any sense from the company involved and I would not send them back at my expense. But I also would not sell them.

So what am i supposed to do with them then?
Your suggesting i just keep them?
Its been over 2 months now, and Amazon and Pixmania both have my contact details, but have yet to do anything about it.0 -
Had you been entering competitions in the months before ?
I've had several prizes arrive over the years with no indication of what competition. Try a google search for your name in winners lists if this is a possibility.I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole

Thats exactly what I thought! I sometimes get stuff sent to my address with no note saying where they are from but I know they are prizes....

Hi Guys,
I am not prepared to do this. If you want the phones back then you will have to provide a collection at your expense within 14 days. If they are not collected in the next 14 days I will dispose of them as i see fit.
I would also like your postal address so i can send a copy of this email by post.
I can be contacted at this email address @
My Mobile number is
My postal address where the items have been sent is:
my address
I await your response

Richard
Anyway, What are peoples opinions of this situation? Can i keep the phones i guess is what im asking? I really don't want the hassle of sending anything back more than anything.
Cheers,
Rick.

I dont know what u are supposed to do, but if it was me I would sit on them for 6 months before attempting to sell them or use them0 -
You can't sell them or dispose of them in anyway untill the 6 months has expired from when you received them not when they were posted.
You have given the suppiler the chance to collect them but they can still come for them up to 6 months later.
Yes it sucks as you could make a wad out of these at the moment but 6 month down the line they wont be as valuable.0 -
Opened what sort of account? The Only details they will have is my name and address
They open accounts in your name and address - identity fraud!
Maybe they had hoped the items would have been sent to a different address to the address the cards are listed as.It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc... It's no one not noone, It's a lot not alot, It's got not gotten... Panini is the plural of panino - there is no S!!(OK my English isn't great, the sciences, maths & IT are my strong points!)0
