I am the official company representative of The AA. MSE has given permission for me to post in response to queries about the company, so that I can help solve issues. You can see my name on the companies with permission to post list. I am not allowed to tout for business at all. If you believe I am please report it to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com This does NOT imply any form of approval of my company or its products by MSE"0 -

Fixes to what? And why?
You haven't bothered or been able to answer any of the questions put to you on this thread. Why?
What's really going on and why the wall of silence? This attitude simply engenders further distrust.
Maybe this is the reason:
Global ransomware attack causes chaos

'Sorry too many attempts at logging in have been made........'
Getting this message and till not able to log on. I think they've been held to ransom and not saying!0 -
Since "The AA Company Representative" doesn't seem to want to reply to any of the questions put to him (or her) and the AA still hasn't properly explained what happened, these very recent links might add a new dimension:
AA Criticised For Failing To Notify Customers Of Data Breach

http://www.ibtimes.co.uk/aa-data-leak-over-100000-customers-emails-card-data-left-exposed-after-breach-1628808
Pretty clearly we can't trust the AA to come clean on data breaches, so it does leave you wondering how long it's going to take before they admit to what really happened a few days ago.0
