Dear friends,
Lindley park comes as a very appealing area, a place where i think i can live for many years to come. I have though heard about "Wet ground" / "Flooding" problems at some of the new build houses (Millet Homes / Taylor W / Harron Homes). Also the houses are generally on cheaper side as compared to some of the old houses on sale which makes me a bit suspicious.
Please can some one who is either living in one of the new builds or know some one who lives there throw some light on the quality of development & advise if it really is an area that can get extremely damp / flooded in general? Any help / advise, greatly received.
