Changing Name - affect on score?

Hi all,
I have split from my husband & we will be getting divorced at some point (it's amicable enough and our finances aren't really tied so it'll just be a paperwork thing & we both have better things to spend £600+ on).
I want to change my name but not back to my maiden name. I know how to go about doing it in a legal sense but I wonder if anyone knows how/if it might affect my credit score & credit card limits to tell the providers that I have changed my name & moved out of the house I shared with my husband? I have been steadily building my credit score and am still considered a risk...I don't want to spook the credit card companies essentially...
Also, not money related but if you happen to know if it would make a divorce more awkward that would be handy to know too!
Many thanks in advance

It won't affect how lenders see you.
Your credit score will probably drop but remember it's a meaningless number that no one apart from you sees. Ignore it.0
