Mums Opinions

First of all sorry if there is already a thread about MO, I couldn't find one.

Has anyone else had problems getting paid? I keep a spreadsheet of all the online surveys I fill out and noticed I hadn't been paid for some of the MO ones including a £5 reward. I emailed them to check and got this reply:

"Looking at our records, I can see that you were stopped from completing some of the surveys you started as you did not meet the desired demographic criteria or your consumer habits were different from those our client was looking for. Finally, you were stopped from doing some surveys because we had reached the desired number of respondents for that particular survey. In both these instances you will not be rewarded, but neither will we use any of the information that you submitted."

Now, I know I completed the full survey for each of the ones I emailed them about so am a bit  to miss out on about £10 of rewards. Has anyone else had the same problem?

Hi, there, as far as I have seen I have alsways been paid for my surveys but they do always take a very long time to jump from pending to actually being paid out.

I sent them an email asking when the £5 was going to be credited as I was waiting for it, so that I could order a voucher. They said that it was a large survey and has taken some time to complete (baby survey).

It was credited a week later, I put my claim in for a voucher, and am still waiting for it to turn up - I can't remember how long it takes for them to send a voucher through.

I joined Valued Opinions and Mum's Opinions about two years ago and had a lot of delays in completed surveys registering payment with the site. Also found the Valued Opinions ones went through lots of questions then told me I was of the wrong demographic. Gave up on them both in the end and now I just do Global test market, YouGov, LIghtspeed and Zoom.
I think they all have different demographics they are looking at so it depends on your details how much or little you get in the way of surveys.

I have been a member for a year now, and never had a problem. Have claimed 2 vouchers, and have £7.50 now, but lots pending and it takes forever to go from pending to proper credit.

Thanks everyone, sounds like I am the only one to have had this particular problem. Who knows what caused it, I'm not going to be replying to their surveys again though.
