Just to update I found the email address for the accessibility team for my local health board so I emailed them. It's taken 3 weeks but they've told me to write to self refer to my local community mental health partnership. This is the same team who discharged me less than a year ago after I did a 6 week group CBT course even though I told the person who did my review that I thought my GP was conspiring against me and that I don't ever tell my doctor the whole story because I know he'll use anything I say against me.

I'll try and see if I get anywhere with this.
