I have just looked at our account and noticed £34.92 coming out of our bank monthly, from Secure Trust Bank, I am not aware of what this is at all.
Its not car insurance or mortgage cover as already pay those.
What is this company? We don't have any letters with them on.

Secure Trust Bank is a bank. I'd suggest you contact them to establish what this £34.92 is for.
