PC world and PPI?

I remember having PPI when buying a computer from PC World in 1996 approx, when I noticed the PPI which I hadn't know was on it, it was removed. I never thought about it until now, however how would I go about making a claim as can't find any paper work on it. There might be something in the attic somewhere.

I very much doubt that after 20 years even PC world would have saved any documentation.
Don't waste any time with this.0 -
Even if docs exist it could easily be time barred in that you knew there was a problem 21 years ago when you cancelled the PPI.0

Thank you for your information, think I will leave that then.0
