PC world and PPI?

I remember having PPI when buying a computer from PC World in 1996 approx, when I noticed the PPI which I hadn't know was on it, it was removed. I never thought about it until now, however how would I go about making a claim as can't find any paper work on it. There might be something in the attic somewhere.

I very much doubt that after 20 years even PC world would have saved any documentation.
Don't waste any time with this.

Even if docs exist it could easily be time barred in that you knew there was a problem 21 years ago when you cancelled the PPI.
