loan if not eligible for student loan

Hi - long story but I ma not eligible for a student loan for complicated reasons to do with immigration status/residence. Is there a commercial loan I can take out with a reasonably low interest rate ? My parents would be happy to act as guarantors.

    None guaranteed or specific to students unless postgrad, you would need a commercial loan from a bank. Obviously depends on your credit rating if they'll loan you, how much and at what rate. You would generally need to be in employment to get any sort of substantial loan.
