    Hi

Do you mean you switched to or from Nationwide? A Nationwide account should not show on your Bank of Scotland app - though Halifax would as it's a trading name of the Bank of Scotland (I have a Halifax account which does show).

Also, is your Tesco account showing on the Bank of Scotland app? Tesco Bank is (according to their website) wholly owned by Tesco Plc, so shouldn't show?

As the thread is 'Halifax £125 switch offer', Op obviously switched from Nationwide to Halifax

He/she is expecting DD payments to Tesco savings accounts to appear on his/her Halifax account visible on BoS app.

Did anyone else get an email or text to confirm that the application to switch has been submitted? I got the confirmation on the screen, but no correspondence.
I consider myself to be a male feminist. Is that allowed?
  • I notice they are still not wanting to pay cash incentives to those who have benefitted since January 2012. I wonder when this will be lifted. 5 years - you get less time in jail for some significant crimes.

Most other banks - if they hadn't already - are now making anyone who has previously had an incentive ineligible (e.g. Nationwide RAF).

    Do you have direct experience?

Rather a shame; Halifax are reducing their switch bonus on 31st July 2017, so it looks like I've missed the boat.

It depends how much they reduce it, to determine whether it's worth doing or not.
A cunning plan, Baldrick? Whatever it was, it's got to be better than pretending to be mad; after all, who'd notice another mad person around here?.......Edmund Blackadder.

At some point everyone will have "switched" until there's no one left :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Obviously that's just a facetious comment, but based on last week's report, account switches are running at just over 1% per annum (and declining) and there will be more switches than switchers, so by the time everyone's done a switch, the ones who did it first will have shuffled off this mortal coil and a new bunch of eligible future switchers will have taken their place....
