Just received parking fine - can I just go through the motions?

My car got a PCN today - issued by Britannia Parking.

Can I just "go through the motions" of getting PCN quashed at POPLA stage (once I have received the notification to keeper) - by not admitting driver-liability-at-the-time-of-the-parking-transgression?
